It's actually the first time I've ever bought software,or anything for that matter online.I know many are wary of sending a credit card #,but when U think about it,every time U pay in a shop with a card,U take a risk that the stranger behind the counter could steal the #. The page where U give your card # uses 128 bit encryption,same as the banks do,so the risk is minimised somewhat imo. There still,to my knowledge,is no official release date for WR in North America,so if U want it,U will have to buy it the way I did.:D It arrived,boxed and all wrapped up in bubble wrap(MMMMM...bubblewrap...:) ) it only took 6 days from CA to my door near Toronto,Canada,and I used the post,not FED EX,cause it was cheaper shipping.:beer: Like FEZ,Sue,and others,I've been really enjoying the full game a lot! The AI is much tougher than in PU and the road courses are great! Even the slow ass cars are fun to drive,but one word of caution..the menu system is a bit awkward and takes some getting used to. No point and click with the mouse..argh! Obviously you can get it in shops in the UK and some other countries but none of the big online shops do sell it ??? Only the German Online stores have it, but thats the German/French Version and also at the full price of about 45€. Tom can you tell us why this game is virtually non available outside Germany ??? Hmmm :confused: , I can set something up for the UK version exclusive for the forum fans of MBWR... Would the following acceptable : We have a support center called Maxsupport and is in Germany. Not far away from Synetic... I can haven them to collect the money and ship directly by mail to the addres requested. Price for the UK version shall be 30 Euro incl shipping if it does not exceed 5 Euro. The 30 Euros shall be send in an envelope with the order. I can prepare an exclusive ordersheet for this forum. Reaction time from receiving order and getting MBWR shall be one week roughly. US and CDN can order via GoGamer.com as this works fine. German fans shall go to the stores pls to avoid trouble with trade and distribution... :") Fez...do you set up a poll for a yes or no ? Maybe somebody has a better idea ? Many ppl would rather buy it retail than online imo,although,I got mine from Gogamer,cause I was so desperate,and It worked out fine! :cool: Right now there are many ppl interested in the game,but with controller issues, or just not being able to find it,is holding them back.=[ I really hope that the availablity issue gets sorted soon! I am sure there are "desperate" people that will be delightet to see that there is a way to get a copy of the game. I am not sure what position you hold with TDK, but maybe it would be better to put a link on the TDK or Synetic website or something a bit more official ? Please dont get me wrong, but I could not find any details about Maxsupport in Germany, and I would be a bit worried if people come here, read this and start sending envelopes with money. I am with Geezer her, that great game should get a worldwide release ASAP. If NFS Underground really gets released end of November you may be in trouble getting even the most disappointed EA customers to switch and try your game. I am NOT here to market or sell my game. You never will hear MBWR is the best and you must buy it. I try to be neutral because of the responsibility I have to be believable. If I say something it must be honest and true and shall not influence people buying MBWR. So, if the forum wants to make use of this I will organize it quickly. My position allows it as I dont have to ask anybody for this, I decide. Pls now forget all this because I just want to be a member of this board.. The release of MBWR in the states is a nightmare. Since TDK Japan decided to sell TDK M US we couldnt move as we didnt got a yes or now to find another distribution chanel. Now TDK M US has the samples and review MBWR to make the decision. Probably in 2 month time this title can be released in the US and CDN. This is sad but at least you can get it online at Gogamers.com. For the Europeans I will organize something if it is wished.
