i downloaded racer v0.4.9 last night from www.racer.nl and installed it, but when it starts up i get the message in the attachment, is this common or unheard of, give me your thoughts if you will

Now I have this upgrade I will be playing it online too. He, a friend of ours and I are going to start a clan. Our friend is extremely good at it after playing Quake online for years.
