I read a post on the main board from Mr. [DC]Targa showing a screen shot of Dirty Harry NFSPU.
Can you explain what the program does and how you typically use it.
It appears to be a tool to detect other user's settings. Please advise.

I think primarily Dirty Harry (hence the name) started out mostly as a way to detect cheaters online in NFS-Porsche. Part of that is determining "bogus" setups. As an aside, it does let you view the main setup parameters of a players car. It does this by analyzing the data stored in the "replay.rpl" file that is generated after every race, wheither online or offline (the online versions cannot be "viewed" as a replay by the game, however). This file stores the complete setup of the car, including parts and adjustments. I believe that currently "Strobe", Dirty Harry's creator, is possibly implementing it so that individual parts can be seen as being installed on the cars. Very nice utility.
