I received a call from bossracing, seems his computer blew up and we wont be hearing or seeing him online for a while, it also means most of his conversion projects will be on hold till he buys a new one. He's also moving interstate, so i imaging he's also under a lot of pressure atm. For you mate

Considering I'm just about the pay $50 + to buy a copy of GHG overseas. I was looking forward to some new convertions!
Hope you get a comp soon, I'd send you mine but I need it!!

I sell them. If I was given a good enough quote, I'd sell mine.

Dang shame about Boss' puter. I do hope he can recover soon, the finacial loss is one thing but the lost data can sometimes be irreplacable. I sure know that I have lost many months of work on unfinished edited tracks etc. Hope his losses weren't as severe.

luckily he was able to get his HDD recorded to CD, so he'll have the conversions he was working on when he gets a new comp.

Just a question Kev -
howd he get the HDD copied to CD??
Was that before or after it went down?
Just I'm always after new info on how to backup data when comps crash -always comes in handy.

He probably stuck it i another PC with a Burner, and burnt the CD that way. Thats what I would do anyway.
