to try and get some interest going, i'm now a developer for SR-3 so i thought i'd show some of my WIP

this is in 3dsmax4 and is currently only half a car, but i've added a mirror to make it look full. imagine customising this beauty with some sidepipes and cool paint?

Nice but is the front that flat? and how many polys? We need to keep it low poly don't we.

The car ended with about 7500 polys and we have a stated limit of 10,000. Mind you that is just an estimated limit and once the engine is optimised it may be able to be pushed higher. I'll probably up it a few more when i add proper detailed engine, running gear and under carriage.

It even works in the first alpha version

A few technical issues with the alpha meant i had to use the mustang's running gear (its not setup for user expandability yet)
