Over at Cardesignnews.com, (http://www.cardesignnews.com/autoshows/2002/geneva/preview/index.html) there's now a preview of the Geneva Motor Show, and I think it's got some interesting styling exercises, such as this Alfa Romeo concept by Italdesign Guigiaro:

BMW CS1 concept:

and these spectacular Peugeot RC coupés:

And there's of course the usual load of Mpv/stationwagon/offroader hybrid concepts, but these were a few I liked. ;)

On a sadder note, this site too has announced that all its best parts (including the photo galleries that I recommended in the past) will no longer be available for free, but only for subscribers who are willing to pay $50 or more a year. et tu, Brute? hmph.

they had a story of the show on TV-news a few days ago. it looked very impressive.

l still love the IMPORT car shows, were u get to touch and sit inside the cars, but l can understand why they dont want u sitting BMW's or Aston Martians.

The VW Phaeton is a magnificent car! Full points to Ferdinand Piech for having the confidence to give this project the go ahead.

I also love the Maybach too, but, I only wish I could afford one.. The Maybach is truly classy. Just look at the interior!!!:

WOW!!

As for the BMW CS1, well, can someone do me a favour a stick a nice powerful bomb underneath it!!! Urghh! It's awful!! Nearly as bad as the new 7 series (which I saw just a few days ago, for the 1st time on the road..)
