There is no text box or screen where you have to ‘fill in’ the cheat codes that you can find for here or on various other websites. All you have to do is to hit the keys in the right order at pretty much any of the menu screens.
For example, if you want to unlock the Empire City bonus track without doing all the hard work (Boo!) all you have to do is hit E, M, P, I, R, E on your keyboard, and after the last character you’ll hear a ‘whoosh’sound effect to tell you that it worked. Check the track list, and you’ll see that it’s enabled.
