I promised after i did the T3 i'd put XR-8 version out. this was mostly because i wanted to do a better version of the V8Supercar Falcon (and also a HSV). I thought i'd pull all the stops to make it as good as i could after seeing the new one in the codemaster's v8 game.
Here's what ive done so far.

yeah, well that's not really important at this stage of the production, but thanks for pointing it out.
y2k, technically it's not a nfs4 car (yet!). the reason it looks so good (apart from my talent to bring it to life) is it's modelled in 3ds max, which means the environment mapping etc is very different to nfs.
i'd like to know if you like the 3d rims?

There you go Kev!! I thought it looked too good for NFS but you never know (especially when you make cars it's hard to believe the detail)
I like the rims. They look heaps cool.

err...... wheels are 750 polys each, (normally 60), 2175 for the high body. this may be a kick in the groin for NFS4's tired old engine. you may have to use the double poly trick to get it to work!:HB:
