First, the 916. It's pretty close to complete, i'm mostly finishing up some texture stuff. I've had to create new interior textures almost from scratch because most 914's had black interiors, which meant I could be lazy with the interior textures when I made my 914. 916 had custom made interiors, and many of them were light colored. So i'm having to spend alot of time creating nice interior textures. There's still alot of work to do there.

The outside texture and mesh have a few issues that need to be resolved, but what you see is basically what will be released. The car.ini is finished, unless Ruud releases a new version of Racer and I have to redo it. It's a blast to drive, 190hp in a 2100 pound car, great 'Ring car. :D

If you don't know what a Porsche 916 is, go to this thread and read my history of the car: http://forum.racesimcentral.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=56470

The S4 is mostly done mesh wise, though there are some normals issues, mainly on the front flares. The textures you see here are the very beginnings of a texture, so don't bother commenting on them just yet, there is ALOT of work to be done on them. I haven't even started on an .ini or interior. The purple areas on the body are areas that are not mapped.

It's correct according to the official Audi blueprints I have. Audis are fwd, but they are done like a Subaru or Chrylser LH cars, the engine is turned north-south like in a rwd car, and the transmission is located behind the engine. This makes awd easier. So in a sense, Audis are rwd from a layout perspective, so there hoods are fairly long for a fwd car.

yeah I know they have long bonnets and the A4 has Qautro version but it still looks too long for a a4. Ne way looks good.

Yeah, the proportions are correct, and, indeed, the S4 is Quattro all wheel drive.

The A4 defies all the rules, and has a longitudinal mounted engine (either inline-4, or V6), that hangs out over the front axle, in that odd Audi fashion..

You'd think it would be a recipe for heavy understeer, but, not so..

Though older Quattro Audi's like the 100 V8 Quattro, understeered very badly.
