Flashing dash... ?

I have the flashing dash syndrome that I've seen mentioned before, but links to an article with the fix are dead. My frame rate seems fine, but well into a stint, about when fuel is low, a black mask shape on the dash starts to flash, as do faint lines on the windscreen.

Thanks in advance for any response. Another search that reaches a dead end, is for the AllDash (?) utility that will load the proper cockpit for certain cars. After successfully making a dash.mas for the GT40, I'd like to easily use others when I make them.

The place for most dash releted stuff is Team Players (thebigben.m4driving.sm/) but they seem to be working on the site right now...should be back up soon.
