V.Klortho's tool nowhere to be seen.

Hi, asuming you're the one that maintains the pitstop site, I have to ask (and I read about you not wanting to obtain any mails about editing) you about the tool "serialnumbereditor" from v. klortho. Unfortunately, the link on the site you linked is broken. It ends up with 404 error. Since there's no other tool around that seems to be capable of serial editing without messing up your addon cars, it's seems to be necessary. Would you post where to obtain it from? It says there, the file mustn't be uploaded anywhere else. Nowhere to be seen. Very clever.
