Win XP problems still

Hey, I have tried the 2 suggestions below for making PU run on XP ( #1 rename that .dll, #2 increase page memory) and it still does not work. It just exits back to windows after the intro movies and first load screen. It worked fine on Win Me... any suggestions??
Athlon Radeon 64 DDR 384MB RAM

Erm... actually, you're supposed to DECREASE the pagefile (or completely turn it off) rather than increase it...

What file do you rename and what do you rename it to so that NFS PU works on xp? Also what do u increase so that NFS PU works on xp?
