Porsche 2000 help

:help: Porsche 2000, when i wanna play online the app searches for a update and finds one, but when i click the ok button, the WHOLE APP EXITS !!!!!
All i wanna do is race online cuz ive got a NEED FOOR SPEED and my own beemer is not that fast, so yah, does anybody have an update for me ???? or can tell me where i can download 1 ???? plz e-mail me at logies@isat.co.za

It's OK when the app exits, it's launching a program EAUpdate that you should have installed together with your game: did you do it?

If yes, wait a bit more, the EAUpdate takes a few moments to start. If not, browse your CD for the EAUpdate/Setup folder (or something similar) and install the updater.

The other downloaded updates didn't work with me, but if you want to try I think you can find one at this site:

Corrodo is right. It is normal to be sent back to desktop during the update. When it happen to me I also thought it didn't work right. However I saw that my dial-up icon was showing data transfer, so I just waited. I think it took about 10 minutes or so. But after it finished patching things, the game worked just fine.
