Hi,
I followed the set-up instructions on the sticky message link, that are more or less the ones in the attached README.TXT file that WCvXd gave me as help (see attachment).
It seems that I can do everything in the game now (including watching replays) except racing by myself! =((
I entered the game and set the Video to Direct3D7 with success, restarted the game and could see my RIVA TNT2 displayed at the top left during game loading. I could set-up all things, like resolutions, options and so on.
But, when I tried to start a race or a training session, the game lets me choose the track and when I click on the green flag it says "Could not initialise the replay System" and then "cancelling the week-end".
Funny enough, I can watch the replay from the replay menu, and they run fine...
Do you have any hint? I already tried to lower down the resolution and some graphic effects, but can't figure out which of the many parameters I should try...
