TCC Vintage at Silverstone GP - Results

News Flash! BC wins at Silverstone. Unfortunately, both cars blew their engines when the flag fell. Neither one made it to the start/finish to begin the race. Based upon their qualifying positions, Burmcat - the pole sitter - wins! (Ok, we had different versions of the track and the game crashed. I still like my version of events better. <g>)

We went on to race two 12 lappers at Road Atlanta and had a bunch of fun. Both drivers spent their share of time in the kitty litter and had some close racing. McG was trailing in the last lap race to the flag in both races, but BC had offs at the end of the back straight and allowed McG to slip through to take both wins. By a narrow margin!

TCC GTQ at Silverstone GP - Results.

McG took advantage of roush/Racecar's absence to with the first race by a bare 1.8 seconds over speedo_neeto/13ewitched. Speedo drove his usual steady and consistant race to a well deserved 2nd place.

In the 2nd race, McG blew a CV joint and was unable to start. (I had to leave in order to rescue the car with the blown CV joint. <g>) CaseyE21 had problems with screen freezes throughout the night, but was able to pull off a fine win over speedo by 12 seconds. Good job Shawn!
