Russia1 WR

So how is everyone doing?
Just a bit of boasting on my part if ya'll don't mind :D .
After not being able to race for over a week due to other things in my life i started up RT again today. I'm currently working on getting to know the trax better and hopefully being fast CONSISTANTLY.... As russia1 seems to be the most popular/prized track i figured i would give it some extra attention and it sure as hell paid off8)~ .
I had my mind set on the WR, it was 2:03:22 on RT and i was sure i could beat it...turns out kenkunnen has a 2:02:87 over at rtrelay...a bit harder...but after some practice i got me a 2:02:48 :jawdrop: .

Off to russia 2 now...that really needs some work as i've hardly raced it.......

And I think I was going fast with the starters cars on Russia 1 :") (notice how I avoid mentioning my own personal best) until I watched the man here do the narrow tunnels of Switzerland 4 (was it?) in the Alpine - imagine a blue missile diving down a rabbit hole :eek:
I still need some practice, I use the rwd cars too often to plow the fields if you know what I mean. =[

Heh yup it was swiss 4..one of the coolest looking stages but one hell of a bugger when trying not to crash ;-).

You only just got the game Remko so don't worry you'll improve8)~

I finally got some time for RT again...hardly played it since you were here...still love it though...i'm now really starting to get the hang of it

Congrats Alrik fantastic time,

unfortunatly i've made a real mess of my computer, couple of weekends ago i had a bit of time so thought i'd download latest vid drivers etc.. to improve my fps and get rid of a grafix bug i had when running with effects enabled. Initially i was getting about 28 fps, crap i know, but i could live with that. After carrying out my improvements (lol), i now get 6 fps, or about 16 fps with everthing on low... man! i could kick myself. Other games run as usual, just RT that messed up:confused: .. Still hopefully get it sorted this weekend..

ahh Swiss 4, what a fantastic track, completing that track with all headlights working, and a good time, is a major achievement.
