View Full Version : help me please? Inabj2 06-13-2002, 10:42 PM I can run the game porsche 2000 fine but I cant use my persona I have to use other personas in evolution mode. I had 8 modded cars. Sometimes - it's pretty rare, but sometimes the persona just becomes corrupted. Usually upon exiting the game. One thing you can do to prevent and deal with this is make a backup copy of your persona whenever you play (espeically doing something as criticaly to changes in your game as "Evolution" play mode). The files in question are "#Name.sav", "Name1.hud" and "Name2.hud". Just copy those to another folder every so often and you will preserve your "career". You can even make several layers of copies, keeping a set or sets of progressively older files in case you get corruption that doesn't show up right away. EDIT: Oh, those files I detailed, those are located in the "SaveData" folder one level below your main NFS-Porsche folder! |
