Online racing, whose gonna race online?

Well whose gonna race online now that most of us have V8C????(again i thank Nite for sending me his copy).

l can race at nite on weekends, and any time after 4pm on weekdays......

seeing l'm the only one who uses net/computer in my house now :D


as acca said in another thread, l'd rather be racing guys l know here, rather than ppl l have never knew before.......l normally only play stragety games online.....(4x4 my only racing game)



whenever any of you are up for a race, l'll be there........just gotta get my times down abit more^_^

I would suggest getting your wheel to work in the game first but I will be happy to race with/against you Matt, or anybody here. I do not care for glory, stats and crap like that. I just want to have fun with my mates. :hat:-^

As for you needing more practice; between two (or a few) of us we can get you pointed in the right direction a lot sooner if we were online in the game. Nobody would laugh or mock you. I was doing the same times as you when I first got the game. If not for a series of phone calls with Dave I'd probably still be chasing my tail on the infield.

Dave and I tried to connect but couldn't. Although only a half hour away from each other by road we couldn't connect to the same server. =((

I haven't the online gaming experience to know what to suggest.

l found these servers posted on the v8c forums.....

l just connected to server 1, and i had no lag at all, and i won on queensland:D


once we all get online at the same time, we can make a room and we can all race together:D


BTW, the fastest time on that server is a 1.50;)

If anyone would like to race online I am available almost any time So please post a time and we'll try to get a few guys together on the server. We had a private room called "Total Kaos" on server1 "ASRG1" 203.18.77.5 and will probably use the same server & name in future. Just get in touch with us before hand for the password.

I'm really sorry we missed each other. Dave was even saying he wished you were there too. He also asked who else from the Aussie Muscle forum had the game.

Although Dave had some good times tonight, you would have been able to win a few. The couple wins I had were very low times only 'cause I drove with a wide arse that he couldn't pass. :D

BTW, in the aussie forum, the other who have the game include

y2kgoofball, dylan, boss_racing, monaro and kev. Theres a few others who have came here just to show their new skins, chances are you could get them to race online.:D
