Hmmm... I have never actually made a meal out of a motorcycle, so I'm afraid I cannot offer much advice on the subject. :p :read:

But as far as games go, good old fashioned "moto Racer 2" is pretty cas' for the year it was made. You can probably grab it from a bargain bin for $15 or so.

I haven't really come across any of them that are fantastic.. Most of them are fairly mediocre..

But besides, if I want to experience those sort of thrills I just walk out to my garage, with the keys, and, go for a quick run (on a race track, because the Police really keep a close watch on any Japanese made superbike.. ) Bloody hell, you only have to go a couple of km/hr over the speed limit and they are after you..

It's all because a few rogue riders have a complete disregard for speed limits, and decide to do 220+km/hr in a 110km/hr zone..

(It's easy enough to exceed 110km/hr on a 900cc bike weighing less than 200kg, and with a power to weight ratio better than a Ferrari F50)..

I enjoyed Superbike 2000 and SB 2001 from EA Sports, especially the tracks are very impressive. But due to their nature, bike sims are always a little disadvantaged. Real life bike riding (fast) relies heavily on the shifting of body weight. On PC all I will see is the image tilt when going into corners, although imho the EA Sports Superbike sims do the best possible job there. In 'cockpit view' the bike tips into the corner while the horizon stays er.. horizontal, just like when you ride bikes for real.
The riders in-game move quite realistic too, good sense of speed and you can pull some monster wheelies. And its bargain bin material.

Team Suzuki Alstare looks like a SB arcade racer but I haven't tried that one yet. Also from the bargain bin.
Once I raced a demo of some Castrol Honda SB game but from memory was unimpressed.
