View Full Version : The creator of NCOP's can we add V8 Chall. DC_Dogz 05-15-2002, 08:44 PM I recall when the PU and HS server were going down the was a program created called NCOP I think, that located people that wanted to race against each other. I worked very well but since the servers stayed open there was no real need for it. The program would be perfect for the new EA V8 Challenge game.. Who created the program and can you help???...
