Where can i find the HS floor patch

I was told someone found a way to disable the shiny floor in HS car preview, to enable high poly cars to be viewed. Does anyone know where i can find that patch?

When i downloaded Pro's (i think thats what he calls him self) 32 hotrod, the one with 19,500 polys, it came with menus with out the car preveiw at all

Easiest way to get rid of the reflections, is to do it manually, as RunR described:
To remove the reflection in the car menu. Open car1.mnu in "your nfshs folder"\Data\Menus
Search for reflection and set it to 0.

But that only works in the Player Car menu, if you want to avoid high-poly cars crashing in Opponent and Career Mode menus, simply download the whole pack of de-reflected menus at http://rc.racerplanet.com./ ;)

:read: Well, I don't know how he did it, but those menu files without any car preview are included with his 19.500 poly 1932 Ford Roadster (download here) (http://nfsgarage.racerplanet.com/hs/index.php?topic=carinfo&id=37) so you can have a look yourself.
This was necessary, because even without the showroom reflections, NFS4 would still crash if a car had more than 11 or 12.000 polygons (could be a bit more, I don't know the exact number)

While we're on the subject, did you know he also created a Motorcity Online background? :) (see attachment)

i thot my little spot lites would do the job....:( Well if anyones got some pics like that i'll gladdly take them and do something like that for the showroom. I'll keep a look out but i probly won't find anything so if anyones got a pic of a car garage or sumthin that would look good for a showroom than post it here. Thanx.
