hehe, well ur wondering what I'm gonna talk about?..
well what else!.

my first replay.. its so funny.. from July 2000.. I had been racing only 4 weeks... really bad..

Found it by arranging my save data folder by date, and finding my first replay.. I had about 60 replays before me, all from March - July from the original greats.... [dR]AS... rms... and some factory driver WRs too...

share ur first replays.. i wouldnt mind laughing some more...

Hey Wazz I went to your website which is very interesting. Looks real nice where you are.

I loved the cartoons especially. I took some for my collection...

I have a mate who says he can get hold of a copy of PU. My CD died long ago. If he brings me it tomorrow then I may be spotted on the servers some time soon. dot dot dot.

I'll probably need :help: )=)

Then I can give you a replay for a giggle.

That guy is an imposter Ric. ;) I haven't decided definitely of a racing name yet. I have an inkling but I don't want someone to steal it before I get there )=)

Thanks, I look forward to having some real fun driving again. I seem to have lost that ingredient along the way in the quest for 'realism'. -^

nope sorry wazza I dont think i have any but I remember the times when on norm it was hard to achieve 2:24xx awww those were the days, oh and MC 4 how the hell did the computer do a 1:14.87 i always pondered....now i know, bashing walls lol, my first time on that was about 1:21.xx with 95, wow seems like yesterday....

yes hehe .. MC4.. i was the first person ever to beat the standard record of 1:14.93.. I thought that was some flaw, coz the others were so easy.. always thought it should have been 1:24.93..

with no walls, I used to do around 1:17/1:18...
and then I realised u can take a couple of rails.. and I did 1:14.68 on 5th Jan 2001.. hehe.. 16 months ago! :D

I also had dumb car setup.. only with better gears, possible for 1:11.... i could do 1:10 offline too.. I just need to have a dig.. i did 1:12.62 offline a while back... thats when I wasnt that great... and I can rail faster now.. ;).. use my kamikaze method.. no brake before rail.. full speed.. wild handbrake to kill a lot of speed in 15 metres... does work sometimes..

Man ure posting tons Wazz, 600+, are you going for that WR too? :D

And yeah - a 1:13 MC4 is probably possible with damage on, and a 1:14.65 isn't that bad... :) So, it is beatable without railing, but not by too much...

Hey - isn't anyone else going to try for the "clean" crushing of 1:14.93? :p Damage on, people ;)

I kind of like that about MC4's 1:14.93 - it really set the bar high - sort of forshadowed how fast all the other tracks' records would eventually be...

and yeah, that Normandie 2:24, I remember that, and how it seemed impossible to crack 3:00.00 Alps in the GT1... :) I was the biggest loudmouth then...thought I was the best...with those atrocious 30/30 tires in the stock GT1, man I thought that was as fast as it got...the most terrible times...talk about slow...:) But then again any other car bone stock without even tires inflated is even more horrific :) Aah...and Zone 2:24 was also fast way back when...I can't believe that a 2:07 Normandie fw is so doable in a stock GT1 with only tires inflated...does 30/30 tire pressure really make the car that much slower??? I guess so...

Oh man it feels like we're war veterans reminiscing on what we did 50 years ago - we need NFS6 real bad... :) :) :)
