View Full Version : New Codemasters Racing Game D_Man 05-08-2002, 08:43 PM I just saw copies of the PS2 version of the new Codemasters game called something like V8 Supercar Pro Race Driver in a games shop. I hope that means the PC version isn't too far away. Has anyone heard anything about potential release dates yet? Codemasters released a statement saying that demo was leaked somehow and that it was only intended for the press or something like that. I can vouch for the sucking part though ;) The 3d engine was totally un-optimized and the physics, sound, and AI were terrible. I would like to see a "real" demo before I buy the game. btw...I think that it only carries the "V8 Supercar Pro Race Driver" in Australia. In Eu i think its to be called TOCA Race Driver and Pro Race Driver in the US...or something along those lines. |
