This program will assist you in changing some environment attributes stored in the TR?.INI files.
As of this release, the following attributes are changed by this program:

Upper horizon color*
Lower horizon 1 color*
Lower horizon 2 color*
Ground close color*
Ground far away color*
Cloud type
Cloud brightness
Cloud variance
wind speed
type of weather
Chance of lightning
Lightning off ticks
meteor

* = these colors are blended much better in the NFS:HS game. However, the colors shown by this program are correct.

This is a DOS based program and uses some Windows98 DOS commands.
