About more than a year back..i saw this same type of thing,A scale sized V8.And i also came across a site where the Chrysler(i think) company were making a 1/3.rd scale Viper with a fully working V10 engine. And the price..was about US$38,000:eek: .Amazing..really.The only thing i lost the site Address when i reformated=[ .Oh well.. . Yours, Ashwin Commander 04-27-2002, 02:08 PM We had one of those in a shop when I went to SAIT. It was cut open in various areas so you could see the guts, and for obvious resons it couldn't run. The blower is a nice touch, ours didn't look as fancy. It would be cool to hook that up to a bicycle, heheh. Dylan 04-27-2002, 02:32 PM would it be able to move a bicycle? with the blower, OHC and stroker, it might (if your lucky) make 8hp, it not alot, but it would make a remote control car fly, or even a plane. Commander 04-29-2002, 03:33 PM 8 HP on a bicycle would make it absolutely fly. I currently have a 29 CC 2 stroke engine on a mountain bike rated at about 1 HP if lucky. The bike does a healthy 30 KPH, and requires no license to drive. I should show you a pic, it's funny. My dad used to import the engines from Korea in the early 80's and sell them. I went on to adapt 4 gas tanks to it in order to give me extreme range; something like 450 KM on only about 6 litres of fuel. |
