You may have seen these in the past, since NFSU, EA has used these surveys by Insightexpress every year to poll what players want in the next game.
Not saying you will 100% get what you want, but at least you'll be able to point out your priorities, plus you get a sneak peek at what EA may be considering for the next game. My favourite question is the one where you have to choose your top10 Must Have features (see attachment):D
It's on the main page of the official NFS MW site: http://www.ea.com/nfs/mostwanted/us/index.jsp
and I'm not talking about the silly "What celebrity would you like to see in a Need for Speed game?"poll, (although I voted for Rosario Dawson) but the one that is directly behind this sign:

Or, for a direct link: http://www.insightexpress.com/s/NFSC96781
It's probably wise not to wait too long before you take this survey, Insightexpress tends to close them rather quickly, once they have "enough" submissions. Usually that's within a few days, and this poll has been up since Tuesday (I just didn't have the opportunity to post this here sooner).
