After trying what's left of my old trusty Sidewinder joystick vs the new Logitech Extreme joystick and then remembering my Cardinal-flight I've decided that a light-moving yoke will give a big step in comfort and realism for flying, and while my Yoke design idea would be precise and simple I can't make it myself so I was wondering about the ready-to-use products and there's really only one, the CH Products Flight Yoke. I was wondering what kind of travel and feel it has and maybe also if someone has the pedals too and how they work, and how big they are to know if my feet would fit. I've searched thrue dozens of reviews but couldn't find any mention of travel so I'm asking here.

I might try both sometime in the future, you are right, a logitech joystick is not really much use (over-sensitive, too little travel).

Sounds cool, finally going to get some hardware to match the realistic software you're using, and developing eh?

I just looked at the prices again for it though, yikes!

While on the subject of flight sims at the Chicken Wings forum another member replied with some info, the in/out travel is 2 inches and it can turn roughly 40-45 degrees to each side.

Oops, caught. :) You've noted my signature I see. I'm making it look pretty. The programming is way out of my league. &(

I didn't end up getting the CH pedals/yokes yet. Instead got a new (and more powerful) coffee machine that happens to be non-automatic (good!). I absolutely can not be without the best coffee. ;)
