Strangest Happenstance last nite...

Here I was running around in My Soupped up Lotus Elise doing on of them events(Sprint) for Blacklist #5 when low and behold
as I cross the finishline 1st the game continues as if it were a Circuit Race.
I was even able to drive thru the "barriers" that outline the track.
I ended up having to do the event over.I won again but thought it was strange....

I've had a wierd thing happen to me too, it's happened twice now...

I'll get into a MAJOR smash up with like 10 cops, and just when I think my goose is cooked, I drive right through the cop cars, serious, right through them as if they weren't there... then after about 5 seconds they become solid again... hehehe

I've had that happen to me as well. So this is one reason I have come to take on the "never give up" gameplay in much of any game. Just keep pushing as long as you possibly can and you may be surprised.

And I'm not speaking of just this game title.

Once again i think what u describbed is that of a company once again so much in a hurry to get a product out, they dont fix the bugs in the game they let us the consumer find them, and then give us some lame patch to install, which can be very tricky indeed. I have become acustom to this type customer service. Kinda like building a model airplane and see who can glue all the pieces together the fastest, it might look like an airplane, smell like an airplane, but don't think it will fly like an airplane!!!!!!

Something strange happened to me as well when I played the career mode for the first time and was racing Ronny during his first race. He crashed on one of the pillars at the beginning, so I was laughing and the next lap he was still there. However, when the race ended he won. Crazy stuff.

Got into another srtange one yesterday,at level5,working the 8 minute chase,hit a Rhino double roadblock with spike strips on either side,thought I was done and bam,went through them like they were ghosts.One of them rare times when you actually see the "dashboard" of the police cars.But I feel I will have to start over,cause all my cars cept my Lancer have been impounded and I dont have enough cash to get them out,and the lancer just aint fast enough for most of the events I have left to get #3 done.

my most interesting thing was that I SOMEHOW hit the spikestrip with 1 wheel (front left) but i was still able (modified gallardo, not fully) drive up to 150 mph... and i somehow got away driving on 3 wheels lol

Sometimes the cars disappear but the strips remain, so if you come across the same passage again you have to watch carefully. Sometimes you almost hit the spikes, but then the cop removes them or something, or they disappear, I don't know.

I've done the one wheel blown out thing myself as well, very interesting driving a car like that.. lol

I had another facinating one last night...

Racing my Murcielargo along the highway on a persuit at about 340 km/h and in the middle of a perfectly flat and smooth road I suddenly hit an invisible wall and was doing 140 km/h after that... very wierd!!!

Oh and I can now say that I have officially seen the full impact of that stoopid catchup!!! Racing #3 Ronnie and he crashes, he lands up 1300m (1.3km) behind me and manages to catch that up in half a lap of the first circuit race, Man I was SOOOO pissed off, I thought I'd have an easy run and he just ate up that gap like it was pop corn!!! lol

Well this time around i was crusing fer a brusin in me Lotus once again and working on a mid level 4 pursuit,when the chopper shows up.
Well mes gots around 6 or so of them coppers on me tail when low and behold that darn chopper went and sat on me,pinchin me against a wall.Aint no getting ouit of dat one fer sure.

One more milestone and I go for #2........

Yup, choppers tend to be aggressive in higher heat levels pushing u everywhere over the road. Also sometimes in a Spike Strip Block there ll be one or two spike strips but no police cars. Instead some traffic vehicles like a taxi r a pizza van might be standing as a block. So keep ur eyes open.

Also if u get thru such a block the next time u come 2 that same place that car may not be there but the chances of the spike being there r very high. That spike does not disappear from that place 4 atleast 5 mins. So watch 4 it.

I guess this happens in higher heat levels alone like 5 or 6 alone.

one day, i was racing a carrera gt on rockbridge and union. I was in the lead when i crossed the line, but it said i was last before the line, so i was able to explore a little when i went through the boundary. :confused: I drove to the beggining of the race when it restarted automaticly:confused: :confused: :confused:
