Glottis 12-19-2005, 12:19 PM I've been searching everywhere on the net and I couldn't find any info on the remake of "Sugar, sugar", The Archies' 1969 hit. I can't remember the group who sang it, but I think it was in 1992... KyzrSoze 12-19-2005, 03:19 PM I found a site that listed covers of Sugar Sugar by two different Bands - The Germs and Dollar. The site itself was otherwise useless. I dont know either of those bands but one of them may have done the version you seek. Commander 12-19-2005, 03:34 PM Ok here it is, it was redone by someone called Nitty. It had kind of a dance/r&b flavor to it, and if memory serves, there was a lenghty (and annoying, might I add) dose of rap in the middle. Sound like the right version? |
