I've been searching everywhere on the net and I couldn't find any info on the remake of "Sugar, sugar", The Archies' 1969 hit. I can't remember the group who sang it, but I think it was in 1992...
Please help! :)

I know what you mean, the dance clubs used to play it all the time. I never did find out who re-recorded that song, probably because I wasn't a big fan of it. I can do some poking around for you if you like....

It's not the 1st time I search for this song, but I always searched then gave up. But today I finally decided to ask for help.

I found a site that listed covers of Sugar Sugar by two different Bands - The Germs and Dollar. The site itself was otherwise useless.
I dont know either of those bands but one of them may have done the version you seek.

Ok here it is, it was redone by someone called Nitty. It had kind of a dance/r&b flavor to it, and if memory serves, there was a lenghty (and annoying, might I add) dose of rap in the middle. Sound like the right version?
