when i try to run MW my sceen i cant see road i have rearview mirror which works fine,my tach/speedo on bottom right, and a map on bottom left aswell but screen is blank, cant see road except in rearview , could it be my very old driver i use with my Nv gf3 video card or do u think something different i use very old 22.80 driver so that my NFS pu works correctly. I truely hate to change drivers on my video card but i will if u think that is the problem. Need to add this is the demo i trying to run hate to waste my money if not able to run it.
P4 1.9 g, 512 ddr ram, 60 g hd nivida gf3

hmm - yeah first thing anyone would tell you is to update the driver. I dunno if that actually would fix the problem but it might. Also make sure you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c installed.

Rick those drivers are really old! I remember I used to run PU with newer ones. I don't remember exactly which ones though. I don't have PU installed atm as I did a fresh XP install about a month ago, but I'll try with the newer drivers and tell you if it works.
If I were you, I would:
1. Update gfx drivers
2. Reinstall DirectX 9.0c (won't do any harm anyway)
3. Reinstall the demo if nothing helps.
4. If applicable, wash your glasses. Or just open ur eyes wider, maybe that's why everything is black. :D

Definately a driver problem, if you want your game to work properly, get the latest drivers. ;)

Seems like great game was running on notebook ran fin 1st try HP zd8120 with 3 G pent 4 and ATi mobility radeon x600 runs just fine.
Since then i have updated my driver for Nvidia gf3 card for my desktop pc and all is well there aswell , thank you all!!!!!
Btw game seems like some great fun at least the demo seems ok, tried the online and got smoked but i hope that will change soon, little more practice!!!!
