This is reportedly the replacement for the classic and long-serving Geländewagen from Mercedes Benz (aka G-Class).
How it performs off road we'll have to wait and see.
I think the new ML Class is ugly ugly ugly, And this is no better, shame Mercedes on your new styling, because of that IMO only Audi make good looking German cars, the other two have just lost their way.

well, kinda ironic the new M class LOOKs very similiar to the new Lexus RX330 ;)
I mean, the older M class beat the Lexus but this time Lexus beat Mercedes lol

I'll have an SL65 AMG any day.. Or maybe that rumoured 6.0L V8 supercharged E60 AMG, the last of the mighty supercharged V8's. Those are still good looking, but their successors might not be so nice.
Nah, I can see all of the previous ML in the new one, it's jsut a bit wider and more agressive (read:ugly)
Edit: just saw you comment there Chris, yes I'll have the current SL that was designed 5 years ago now, but once all the new Mercs come out, I'm sworn off them.

Fortunately, the new GL is an additional model, not a replacement of the current G Class.
