New version of the famous Ring under development. Already great to drive on. Looks fantastic! :D And some reshaping of the circuit is promised in the future.
This is fantastic. :)
Can you show some screenies, maybe that will convince me to reinstall F1C ^_^

Funny, I just found that same track too by chance while looking at the Racer forum I saw the title for the thread in the F1C forum list. I've only tried it a little but already saw improvement in AI controlled pit-driving.

If it's the NoS83 you talk about Chris, I agree fully.
NoS83 is something really different from the former versions, tho I must say I'm glad I did couple thousands laps on the other versions, because this track takes more than a couple hours to learn :D
Cya later friends, I need couple 100's more laps

Where did you get the 1983 version Mads?
I'd like to get that as well if possible. This one is another rework of the old and inaccurate GPL track, but made a lot better, and with new Karusell.
I hope with the onset of rFactor, someone might get the courage to build a Nordschliefe that isn't just another rework of GPL's one.

A quick google shows it's sadly a GTR track.

Yes it's a GTR track, but looks alot like the F1C version that e.g Michael Schumacher used on the video, if you recall that one.
I found it on www.m4driving.it and it's one of "The Mother" versions, 24H.

What MS video? And I don't know what The Mother is, except mine so I looked under F1C tracks Nurburgring and found only updates.
But speaking of rF then I did read that the german group that made the awesome PCC mod is making the track itself for their new 24H carmod as well as making a new PCC mod, also nice to see my old friend OPM is still active :)

Well, for F1C i found the Guide version, it looks very similar to the NoS83,
In this tread (post #17) http://www.racerplanet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12700&page=2&pp=15 there is a video of MS doin a 5.39 lap at Ring
The Guide version seems to have a better karusel, and alot better roadfeeling, so does the NoS83.
