This mod allows you to use the slicks on any car in LFS, sort of a sneak preview of S2. In addition to better grip, the slicks in S1 have better physics, so the cars will be less unstable (the LX6 is drivable).
Go to the video games section and you'll see the slick "tyre" mod "pinned" to the top of this section.
