But here are a few anyway.

Similar shot, just bit more wide angle, showing barrel distortion of lens. But nice velvet-look water.

Thanks for the comment Frank. This was in fact the first sunny day in a long time.. Many weeks, constant overcast conditions, and rain. And this is what we call summer. :?

Sounds a lot like Old Zealand (sjælland) where I grew up, really dull huh (see my location ;) ).

Aren't there any sunny places there?

Btw I'm looking thrue your other photos at the moment and they are very beautiful to look at, like heaven on earth :)

I especially like the fantastic house and garden at Rotorua, so fantastic

Edit: I just finished watching the video :D That looked like fun! As long as that thing has brakes that is :D How much does a ride like that cost?

Well Auckland is typically quite a nice place. Usually it does rain a lot, with thunderstorms around September - November. But this year they have carried on a lot longer. This year has had many extremes.. Low temperatures, craziness. Snow down to 800metres in many parts of the country, in summer. That's just unheard of. And also there was this hailstorm, at Port Waikato region, which is pretty much all around here:

There was so much, everything was covered in white, and looked like snow.
Pretty messed up.

As for brakes? What are they for? Just kidding, yeah it definately has brakes.
The thing costs about NZ$6 a ride, or US$4. Pretty expensive, but it is a tourist destination. There's also a similar ride in Queenstown, which is higher up a real mountain, and nicer views.

The steering stick system, also is a pivot, from at rest/handbrake at full front position. Neutral - in the middle, for driving.. And braking, pull back. Some people seem to have difficulty keeping it centred and also steering. Being 3 wheels, it's easy to get into a scary two wheeled lean.
