Chevrolet Chevelle SS `72 originaly created by Kris Van Hooghten, converted to MBWR.

Features:
- Highpoly interior
- Driver (choose in profile options from 10 available)
- Damage model
- Brakelights

Installation:
MBWR must be patched at least to version 1.4.4
Run Chevelle_SS_1972.exe (self executable package), specify your World-Racing directory and press extract.
If all went right, addon car will be briefly listed on loading.
To unlock car, complete any one event. After completion,
car will appear in car selection menu (left from A-class).

Notes:
In-game perfomance doesn`t match real life analog.
SFX package used to save Your traffic (x2 times).

I hope this is not my last convert of Kris Van Hooghten cars :)

Have fun and download from here:

Hey Krom, I appear to be missing the tyres on the Chevelle....anyone else got that problem?

Hey Krom, I appear to be missing the tyres on the Chevelle....anyone else got that problem?Yes at least me as well (Sapphire Atlantis Radeon 9600 Pro Ultimate Edition (pipe-cooled)). Otherwise the model looks as great in WR as it does on screenshots from Mafia.

When confronted with similar issues, Reiliss said "it's strictly an ATI-problem, too bad for you".

Again Krom, my compliments to your conversion and the original modeler Kris

Thats not an ATI problem, to be honest, thats a bug in MTKit. ATI cards require some data NV doesn`t need, and since I`m NV user - I can`t check if it is ok for ATI nor run debug mode. I try to solve it since version 0.9, but still it appears from time to time.
So I say "It`s my bad, await fixed version soon"

:applaud:  Thx for such prompt action Krom! You are da Man! Of course, tires,or no tires,I still can't drive this thing! ^_^ I think maybe it's riding a bit high. Also I don't like the sound much.Try using the sound from the '57 Ranchero. That sounds more like a real muscle car, imho.TBH it even handles better! :D

As stated in my post @ NFBS, The patched version looks fine now. :)
I still think that '70's Muscle cars don't need (or want) a 6 speed tranny. Just my opinion ,of course.

Great work Krom, we ran a "muscle cars" pit a few days ago and the Chevelle was the new queen of the pit :D
