Guys and Girls,
I have to tell you of the custumer support I am recieving form the makers of my wheel. It's a Saitek R440 force feedback . I have used this wheel for 2 yrs and it has performed like any other wheel out there, recently due to my heavy foot. I broke the pedal assembly and I wrote to Saitek and told them my dilema. How did they respond, you ask ???????
Well let me tell ya they responded with a BRAND NEW WHEEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not with just a pedal assembly but a BRAND NEW WHEEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the wheel is coverd with a 1 yr warrenty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
