Yessssssssss...i finally managed to move pass stage 1 & 2. Coal Harbour is open and i signed a new sponsorship deal(NOS, i think) as well. Damm the money is good. There`s one thing however-i`m stilling driving with stock brake parts ,it`s not unlocked yet.At what stage can i get hold of them?

How do i invite an outrun.I own a Play Station 2. I try to use the UP directional button but it is not working. :help:

They might unlock after you installed them on an SUV.

Have a look in your game manual to see how to start an outrun.

It says that you must use the Direction Up button on the joy stick...i guess my timing is out...lolYou hear a little bleep from the AI cars, and their tail lights will glow brighter than normal. At this point you can start the outrun.

I suggest you stay on the 27 freeway loop, and go counter clockwise (turning left). The outrun cars will start appearing in front of you on the freeway as you go around. Drop down to 3rd gear to match their speed, and get close until you start hearing the bleep sound and their tailights light up.

I get just behind and to one side of them, start an outrun, then immediately smack into their rear end to spin them around.

If I mess this up, then I'll go off and right back on the freeway, like at the Airport ramps. Another good spot is the inner city off ramp, which curves left 90 degrees before you're on the street level. Immediately uturn left (don't use the handbrake though, as sliding can give the lead to the outrun car), and get back onto the 27, doing another 90 degree left turn to get back on the freeway. This almost always works.

You can unlock locked parts by finding hidden shops... I suggest you look at my thread that tells you where the Part Shops are...
