help with stores in City Core ...

Ok well a short while back I set out to find all the stores

I managed to find all the stores in City core and Beconsfield (or whatever its called), and I mean all of them

I switched off the xbox and watched some tv

when I went back I found I forgot to save my game, so ive lost them!

Ive got all the beconsfield stores, but am missing 1 of the stores from city Core

If anyone can please help me that'd be great, next time I'm at the xbox I'mm jot down what stores / colours I have to help you identify which one I'm missing, but from memory its the store in El Norte or Fort Union or something

I remember last time I had to enter like a car parking lot, which is what I dont remember doing this time thus why I think its my missing store, but I cant remember what colour it was. I do remember on the other side of the fence tho was one of those $50 bank things

If this helps please let me know, all I need it rough directions such as "from the purple performance store go ..."

not real sure where it was but the colour is blue...also press "M" if you are on the pc because it will bring up the map and show you what you have found...

so far i've won about 3 1:1 and the drift and a couple of others..not bad for the old fart lol...oh yeah i don't have a controller so its all done via key board lol

i'm not sure if i'm doing anythign wrong with this game but i've beaten all the races but the drag..this kinda baffles me...how do you unlock the other area's

can some one answer this please...

Y2k: I haven't played the full game myself yet, but I came across a thread on EA's official NFS U2 board that sounded very similar to your question, maybe this is what you were looking for..?

use your mini map, make sure you don't have any races hid(red X)on your full map

ive found my answer in another post, I think you may be referring to Aus Mades question?

aus Made - you need to do all the races, not just 1 type

If theres a URL race, do that
If theres a X race, do that (these are to forfil your contract if you have one)

If theres any others, such as drag, street x, circuit, sprint, do them

After completing so many you'll get a SMS to say "dude the roads been unblocked to ....."

I've tried the drag 3 times and every time i blow an engine...so i'm kinda stuck...can some one take a look and see if they can win that one for me...there are no other cars on the road apart from traffic cars now...so i've nothing to race against...i'm really lost on what to do now...remember i'm new to all of this

you must be shifting down, not up, or shifting way too late

In a drag race you'll never need to shift down, or over rev, because these 2 will blow an engine

You might need to practice "perfect shifting" when the indicator goes green

I'm assuming if youve only got a drag race left, and you have never won it, you need to win this one race to continue

yeah maybe i'm doing something wrong...there is something about a U.R.L but i've not found it...i''ve got a 1.5 star rating..thanks to a money trainer...oops lol...if someone is willing to take my game and win this one race then drop me a pm and i'll send it to you...thanks alot.

There are a couple of dragstrips that let your car wind right up in top gear and over rev. I have blown engines right before the finish line too, so just watch your RPM and let off the gas a little bit to avoid throwing a rod. Also, be sure to tune your car in the garage to the drag race settings.

check your keys and make them so you can work them easily. I usually start reving around the time of "2" is said and make sure its just around perfect shift and shift after that. Make sure you have your HUD seeable... go into options if nesscesary. Make sure you add more "bling" to your car so your star rating will go up... I have a 4.15 so far and only am 20 percent done of the game (still looks almost like a sleeper, not outragious).

I have 10 Stars and I’m 62% done… All parts unlocked… If you get a Carbon Trunk your points will go up to 10 real fast….
