I can't beleive it, it is a half V8, so it's 250 somethign cubes, the fact that is has about half the horsepower of a V8 double it's size and this has more technology says something, like, there is no replacement for displacment!!

Larger engines are always better, until they get to the point where the aerodynamics have to be compromised in order to make the engine fit, or the centre of gravity gets worse. ;)

yeah, but in drag racing, that doesn't matter much, in door slammers In Australia the rule is that the engine must be in the same place as the factory had it, and unless it's an Australian car, the cars need to be 30 years old, so now there is a countach body on a door slammer, so it's mid engined and has better aerodynamics then all the front egnined things cos the engine doesn't poke out anymore then is needed.
