Just found out that the Hondas are North American only... all others get a Peugeot and a Vauxhall/Opel to replace those two cars.
Wouldn't be surprised if that's worked around by the community in a week or so after release.. heh.. :)

Hmm good to see my list was accurate.
I also saw the Honda S2000 and NSX
I will be seriously pissed if I get a Opel and Peugeot 106 instead of those two.
Im a diehard opel hater. And I love the NSX.
And it would be the most unfair trade ever..
I'd prefer the Opel and Pug, the Pug is known to be a hot hatch, is it not?

Shame about the NSX.. But think of it in a positive light, would it really have been shown in a good way in U2? With it being vandalised with bodykits, etc? They've done the NSX and its fans a big favour. :)
Pity they included just the normal Impreza WRX. A Spec C model would have been so much nicer.

i agree, after seeing the screens of the Skyline GTR with the ,well, for a lack of a better word, gay poser body kits, i wish they would have done the same with the R34.

yes well I dont mind the Skyline but I have to say even in the original there wasnt very much I did to the GTR because all mods made it look, well, gay
I refused to change the rear lights ... once you lose the Stove top Brakelights there goes the cars looks!

Hehe, VQ will be pleased. :) Shame it will probably have F1 levels of cornering speed and acceleration. :rolleyes:
Also agree on the Skyline. The stove-burner tail-lights are a Skyline trademark almost. You know its a Skyline at night just by looking at the tail-lights.
Even though that style tail ligths originally came off the Ferrari's and Corvette's right?

me either, cause it looks so good, expecially when one passes you at night, and you know instantly what just passed you, and you know obviously why it passed you. i've only seen 2 skylines in person, a white r33 gtr in North Carolina parked by a running trail at a military base, and a black R34 in orlando florida at 9:00 at night, blowing past every body else. when you see (and hear) it coming, it just makes you respect it, its like drivng at night when a viper blows past you.

but I am glad to see they got the '05 Stang on the list. I don't plan to put any body kits on that either. My main gripe is with the hummer... at the risk of sounding ignorant, why would anyone race hummers and suv's?????

Should be interesting to see how the H2 performs.. Jeremy Clarkson reckoned it was even worse to drive than the H1! ;) (among other things). ;)
I don't like any 4x4, (I hate the name SUV) and hope they al rot in hell along with the stupid owners, there are better things that can sue as much fuel as them, like performance cars :p
I see too many skylines for them to be impressive to me, they all have the same drone form the exaust and they all look horrible to me, along with the fact that most owners are P platers, which is illegal for them to own anyway.

i wish i had a skyline GTR or even a GTS (i like the sedan versions too), so i could go mustang hunting.
I didn't mean to say owners, just, it's cool now for people to own them, and everyone is a sheep, they are told what to do or they think they are so they get them.
Racing in the street is stupid, I am strongly against any racing or anything like that in an unsupervised mannor, they have illegal drag race style events in LA I think it is, and you don't need helmets or any safety gear, just to keep people off the streets, of course as I read, the tracks in the middle of no-where.

I'm a little surprised that they would bother with localized versions, wouldn't that cause any problems with internet play if not everyone the world over has the same cars lineup? :confused: Maybe the EA marketing boys were afraid that having too many European hatchbacks in the game might put potential American buyers off? (with neither the Corsa nor the 106 being available on that market, as far as I know)
And no, the S2000 & Integra/NSX doesn't feel like a fair trade against these two... it's an odd move - if it turns out to be true.

oh, i think i saw that on Super 2nr tv (yes i know thats a stupid name, but the show's pretty good actually), they was hosting a competition to see who could get the fastest reaction time and someone clicked off a .500.
