What you think, hot or not ?

EDIT:
Strange I wanted to add a poll, but IE closed down when selecting it (it did still post the thread) Bug or feature ?

Pretty good, much better imo then a 4x4 version.

No, I don't like it particularly much. Just the standard Quattroporte will be fine.

The other thing is that it is not a Quattroporte. Count the number of doors on it, and it can not be a Quattroporte - simple as that.

LOL you are right chris.

It's a Cinqueporte, now that does not sound good, sounds too much like Cinquecento :)

what does Cinquecento mean? I can't be bothered asking my Mum, or is it another car?

Cinqueporte does sound rather awkward. But then so does 3200 GT when said in English language. But say 3200 in Italian and it flows smoothly.

But really, Maserati doesn't need a station wagon. 4-doors and grand-touring coupés are what it does best. Cars like the normal Q-Porte, and the 3200/4200 Coupés.

I don't know about others here, but every time I see a 3200 GT, I stop to admire the beauty of Sig. Giugiaro's flawless design-work, and savour the sound of a Maserati Biturbo 4AC-32V engine.

It means 500, if I'm not mistaken. Cinque meaning 5, and cento meaning hundred.

Fiat used the Cinquecento name plate for a long while, and later also Seicento (600). Not that the 600 has 6, nor 600 of anything particularly useful, although the sporting version will hustle along at a feisty for its size 175km/hr. :)

Cinquecento means 500 in italian :)

and 500 ccm was the engine size of the Fiat Cinquecento

Everything sounds smoothly in Italian :)

Tremille-docento Gran Turismo

It really gets funny when saying stuff like 512 BBi or 288 GTO in Italian.

Lets see cinquecento-dodici Berlinetta Boxer Injecione and docento-ottanta-otto Gran Turismo Omolagoto.

I am a bit rusty in Italian, so I am not cento % certain its correct ;)

yep thought so I read a joke about that car once, the cops booked a guy with a quattro for only carrying 2 people while another guy had one of them with one person in it! anyway lame joke how I wrote it, prolly read it on here.

I get you now, but yeah, it mightn't be a good idea to name it that.

Personally, Sedan or Wagon i don't like it that much..the front looks a little "mashed-styled" not exact enough for my liking

amen to that. thats like Porshe with SUV's, even tho the cayenne performs well, its a truck. when has porsche made anything except good looking, great handling driving machines (cars)? thats like ferrari with a SUV ^_^

That does seem pretty hard to say then, but Italian seems to flow off my tongue regardless of the fact I don't know it.

I don't think it's a photoshop, the glass is way to different for it. and how come all the posts are muddled up?
