Quicktime trick..

Here is a little quick-time trick some of you who use QT to compress videos might not have known about:

It can allow you to very easily add captions to your movies. It is used in a form like the example included below:

If you were to select for instance a movie (provided it is long enough), and put that into the movie with the Add function, you'd get timed captions.
