View Full Version : Hurricane Frances [MC]HMD 09-02-2004, 11:41 AM Well guys, Frances will be bearing down on us in 48 hours, it's looking really nasty for me because I am in the direct hit zone. I'll be heading north with all my PC gear and riding it out with some LAN buddies. I also promise pictures because I'm cool like that. Myshkin 09-02-2004, 01:17 PM Good luck HMD. My brother lives in West Palm Beach, so he is having an interesting time as well. And the development office for my company is located in Boca Raton, so they have shut down already for the weekend. KyzrSoze 09-03-2004, 05:42 AM My in-laws live in West Palm Beach, but they already had a cros country trip planned with their corvette club for this weekend. They saw us yesterday as they passed through Atlanta on the way to Bowling Green. They related how they had "plastic bagged" everything in the house and put their other two cars (a '96 Impala SS and a '64 Corvette) in storage to ride out the storm.
