V8 Shakes Logo Comp Voting

I've finally set up a site to look at the peoples logo's vote how you like on here, you have till the end of the month to vote, but the new website will be up in the next few days with any luck.

Also, give reasons for why you voted that way.

I voted for Cortina's third one because it looks nice and I think it sets the future theme of V8 Shakes, ie, not just V8 Supercars, all V8 powered objects. And that particular style the V8shakes is in, can be used universally as a small logo and all.

tough decision between TC Ink's and Monaros' one.
yep decision made, I choose Monaros but TC Inks is pretty close behind.
i like all of them though, good efforts to everyone.

I think the cars need to be a bit sharper though, with a massive V8 Shakes in the blank spot between the top of the cars where the chequed flag is, or it needs a checked flag or something there to "fill the space"

i voted for monaro's coz it's quite modern, whereas all the other seem to symbolise a bygone age ay.

you know what else would work?

if you removed the holden / ford logo and mirrored the falcon so its facing the same was as the holden and moved it next to the Commodore

then it'd symbolise the holden v ford battle and be simple and fairly small :D

I apparantly was suspended on wednesday for a fight I had on Tuesday, well at least thats what they said when i got back to school, in reality I had a day off cos I was sore and went to see the doctor.

I voted Cortina's C one, much for a similar reason to what Vq said. Therefore the site doesn't have to be restricted to just 'Holden or Ford' and maybe other (similar) themes. Hope that makes sense :rolleyes:
