Missing police cars in PU?

Someone has e-mailed my on my nfscity address asking about police cars.

He says he has never seen any in Evolution or Tournaments.

I cant remember if there are police cars in that part of PU.

Is there a known bug where police cars dont show up?

The only place the fuzz show up is during Factory Driver. They don't chase you, as such, but can and will interfere.(Bumping you, spinning out, or crashing into traffic.)
