I believe someone got an A+ in creative writing. Failed the believability section though, I suspect. ;)

Honestly, he got to go to a party with Bruce Willis because he owns a piece of crap kit car? Lost his wife because swimsuit babes wanted to ride with him?

What a load of bull. I see more fake people online every single day.

Sounds to me like a immature teenager.

The ones who like to talk about their amazing stuff, but have no real proof it's their own!

The car is one of the better kits I have seen so far, mind you.

Not a bad attempt, though the countach isn't the most complex shaped car.

The engine noise would give it away quite quickly.

Here are some videos of the genuine article, if anyone wants to see them:

http://www.totalnfs.net/cpd/accel.WMV
http://www.totalnfs.net/cpd/accel2.WMV
http://www.totalnfs.net/cpd/accel3.WMV

They are all small videos, but the sound quality is nice, as the car thunders down an autobahn, 5.1 litre V12 roaring.

This old beast probably has somewhere near 455bhp, and will do nearly 190mph.

I never liked the later Countach models much, since the bodykits looked a little over-the-top and tacky, but it is always hard not to love a Lamborghini V12 engine at full noise. :)

Yes but it'z like most cars in the 80's tacky bodyits and all, like with the Porshces as well, but the countach does look awsome with just original bodykit.

I must say..that driver is crazy! :p

I still like the McLaren F1 LM sound,
and also the Ferrari F50 Koenig Bi-Turbo..

some files on my really old site:

www.geocities.com/wazza6_6_6/ferrari50.html

There's some videos been mentioned before.. Can't remember where they are. ;)

VQ: True. In the 80's the styles and fashions were a bit dubious.. The original Countach, I think it was called LP400 or LP500 was actually a good looking car, and a bit like the Murciélago overall.

It was a very cleanly styled car, but it went bad when the ever so wacky wings and wild wheel arch flares arrived.

The car ahead on the road in the video above accel.WMV is actually a Ferrari 512TR.

There is nothing wrong with a Countach with all its flares and the big when on the back... I'd gladly take one. The original countach didn't have a body kit VQ... or even a wing for that matter.
