i waddled over to the new v8 challenge site and found a link in someones sig: http://racing.gamegeared.com/v8c/index.shtml

it has all coverage of v8 challenge and it began in 14 jan 2002.
who said competition is bad anyway, its not a bad site and has alot of info about in game physics.
i found a great pic too:

looks like names will be on top of cars just incase you are not into v8 supercars.

the easports forum is quite good but it lacks the members and we can't make fun of the game or anything cos of the admins.

yeah thats a good site, i have been supplying some new shots that they will be posting soon, he has the shots, so depending on when he gets around in posting them

the car names are optional in the game setup, you can put the names on/off

good idea but if you know the cars and drivers, no need

That is pretty cool, but if I see Mark Skaife infront I will take him out.. that guy is sooo cocky a bit of humble pie would go a long way...

Who cares who is infront...my motto plow through

thanks monaro, that site is pretti useful:)

l dont think acca will mind about having competition, it will just help make a V8challenge community, like NFS:HS;)

i agree with matt, theres thousands of nfs sites so it doesnt matter if there is more than just one V8 challenge site

Yes, competition is healthy and it does help make a bigger and better community.

Thanks for letting us know about it.

the only thing l noticed about the site different to accas is, that it loads faster(probally my end at fault) & it covers 2other games.

maybe acca could cover the TOCA game aswell, but l guess that takes away the name ''v8 shakes''

But v8shakes is alot more informative than the other site:D

Thanks mate, considering it is a full graphical page V8 SHAKES is pretty much on par with the adverage (less picturesque) sites. I hope it's not that bad for you.

No, I have no plans to cater for other games under the "V8 SHAKES" title. To me, one dedicated site is better than a few half hearted ones. There already is enough sites covering the renamed TOCA game.
