I finally had my hostingproblem solved :- ))

In internet connection/settings/properties I disabled the function which in danish is called QoS-Pakkeplanlægning and that fixed the problem. I don't know the english word for Pakkeplanlægning, but it means something like package-planning.

I attached a screenshot of the seetings dialog-box in my danish Win XP pro-version. Maybe it can be usefull to some of you guys, who're unable to host.
