Good day;

I've had very little time to put into the game, what with a new job , and doin' alot of PU on IP. Have 405 km, status 5, 86 cars, 22 tracks. When comparing cars to decide which I will use, a bug has popped its ugly mug a few times, as I move up or down the list, the list starts to move very fast on its own, like the down arrow is being held down, and the effect is also passed on to the track list. Even if I escape the list, returning to the list the rotation effect doesn't go away. I have to re-boot the game to get rid of the problem.
Aside from that problem, everything is goin' fine, failed my last 2 missions, aauugh. One with a nightmarish car, the SL 55 AMG, didn't place and had too much damage, LOL. The other mission, did a small mistake near the end, got turned around, went from 1st to last, in this game that appears to be the norm. :help:

Hi scarabe,

About that selfscrolling. If you have a wheel make sure its centered. I have seen that selfscrolling when the wheel was turned in the menus.

Thx Fez;

When that happens I'm not using the scrolling, just the up or down arrows to move in the list.

No scarabe I did not mean you do it intentionally, I meant that when the wheel is turned at the end of a race it may stay at some angle and not center itself, then the list scrolls. Center the wheel and the scrolling will stop.

I have seen the same thing (carlist scrolling, tracklist scrolling) when the wheel was not centered. I can also replicate that behaviour when turning the wheel while in the selection. Happens a lot to my daughter when she has to lean over the wheel to reach the keyboard, wheel gets turned list starts scrolling :racer: :D

Excuse my ignorance, thank you for the info, next time it happens I'll check the steering wheel. Unlike PU, when not in a race the force feedback doesn't keep the wheel centered.:slap:

Well shiver me timbers, the steering wheel does act like a scroll in the lists.:kiss: I'd kiss ya Fez, but you might take that wrong.:jawdrop:

Great picture Fez, thx. I'll make a second persona pic out of it, for PU, alternate between them.
