I'm glad you're enjoying it Mark! I hadn't seen any feedback from U re: WR,so I was wondering.Mads,I too love that little rollerskate:love: the little A Class AWD 250 HP WooHoo! :D As U progress thru the Championships,U can choose whatever car U feel will best suit the track. Some tracks have more dirt or snow than bare pavement,so the AWD A Class or even the big a@@ SUV (AMG Version) help U a lot.I love the SLK Kompessor too.Very nimble. That's what I love about this game..if U want to drive a slower car,U can,or if u want an oldie, there ya go.A fast high performance car? There are some of those too.The tracks are just too cool for words.

Oh yes mate,,, i'm thoroughly enjoying this game... I mean,, it's almost got everything you could reasonably expect from 1 game,, now if the online bit is well thought out,, i see plenty of hours of fun.... :) ..... Just wish i had more free time at the moment,, i'm about 85% way thru the championship mode thingie,,, hopefully this weekend will see it finished....

Stunning!
The tracks are just niiiiiiice! So are the cars and the physics, as Mark says, this will be a funtasticool online game -^ , this will be PU + all we missed in PU, this game have REAL width roads and improved physics.
IMO the most breathtaking online-racing in PU was with the old cars because of the low speed and tight racing, just imagine how this will be :D

Yesterday (this morning  ) I ended my MBWR session after 5 hours with 2 offroad races, and WHAT TRACKS, WOOOOHOOOOOOOO :HB: :HB: :HB:

I am totally green so far, it will take along time to learn tracks and physics.
Today I willl start a with a race in the Gullwing at a 26 (?) km long track :)

:Peace:

Great to hear guys! Mads, when U see a 26 km race,it may look sooo long, but really it's over faster than U think. So intense the time just flies by! :D

I've only 2 missions that I haven't managed to finish yet. Both with the CLK DTM on one of the Test Tracks. One,you have to win by 14 secs or something, and the other an AI in an A Class AWD has a big head start, and U must race to catch him in only 2 laps.I'm just too slow so far, argh! :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

I have only done 2.5 championships so far (480 km drived :D , plus a "few" restarts :o :") )
This game is great, it reminds me so much about PU :HB:
Just imagine when we start to learn and know the tracks well, woooohooooooo
I have big trouble at some tracks, it's hard to keep up with AI because I have so many errors, but at Hockenheim (wich I know well) I beat them "easy"

Status 7

90 cars

20 tracks

22 Missions (all completed)

6 championships (soon done with my 3rd)

The old cars are so nice, I really hope this game will have stats, lights and horn

Way to go Muffin Man :D

It was the same for me, the only game that comes close to the fun of PU.

Still some things missing to make it perfect (replays, stats, multiplayer), but lets hope Synetic delivers a good patch to give us that.

I can almost guarantee that we won't get a horn or working lights in this game.=[ Tom has said they will be looking into these for WR11. He also said that WR11 will have multi brand cars,MP right away, traffic,a new menu system, and many things we have complained about, such as all the flying objects, drive thru trees, will be changed.

Realistically,if the upcoming MP patch has a decent stable server with chat and COL on/off,we'll already be way ahead to the mighty EA and their sickly NSFU demo.)=)

Whooohooo!!

I go away for one week-end in London and as soon as I'm back I find a lot of good old PU friends on the mbwr route

I can't wait for the MP patch ;)

Just one suggestion: try to drive clean, the drifting is great on those big limousines but it's not effective on the total time. Once you learn the tracks and you know where to turn, you'll be more effective and clean than ever :)

I can't wait for the MP patch too, but please guys do try to visit PU land for a few IP races as well missing you all so much.

Love and hugs

Hey Tox, you and Spede daddy still racing every Sat Nite? Im still part of the group.. I just dont race or donate any efforts :(

Hia Corrado, all :)

Now I'm getting cleaner, mainly because I begin to learn the tracks better, but also the cars of course :) , and the drifting is mostly waste, but sometimes, e.g in the city, with combo's of 90-degree turns, it's a must to "setup" the car :D

I have found some very well balanced models, the E-class with more than 180 hp is a dream to drive (I'm dressed up in a taxi-suit ) ^_^

Hey Chad,

great to see you here!

Sure, we meet again every sat night and we have a lot of fun with the SNR 360 Modenas ;)

And Lance is still kicking our butt every week-end ^_^

I hope we'll race together on MBWR when the MP patch comes out

I just got a copy of the MBWR in the mail today been playn it for hours. This is by far the best new racen game to hit the shelves since NFS PU I can't wait for the on-line patch. I can see this game taken over the on-line craze.. It's got my thumbs up Ive been tellin the "SUPER STOCKERS" team to get brushed up on this one so we are ready....

Welcome Pro, good to see you here :)

This is a pure stock-game indeed (and I hope it will stay that way), but with an wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide range of cars, from the very soft familycars to the nasty AMG's and DTM's.

Right now I'm done with my 2nd career, so now I feel ready to start fine-study one of the tracks using 1 car, this way I hope to learn the limits of that car/track.
I think I begin with a short track and a A-class (because I know fwd much better than rwd).
After that I can take out a rwd-car at the same track and start learn rwd-style better :)

Have fun, take care :)

I've just completed the City tracks on the A190 Twin...now I think I can manage that kind of track/car pretty well...I can get cool and fantastic slides still without losing speed and getting faster times.

But, as soon as I switched to the C32 AMG I started spinning like hell  Definitely each car has its own driving style ;)
